My trouble light is on, and my keypad is beeping! What do I do?

  • Press the (#) key on the lower right hand side of your keyboard. This will stop the beeping. The trouble light will remain lit until the problem is cleared.

  • To analyze the trouble, press (*) then (2).

  • The number that appears on your screen refers to a chart in your manual.

How do I test my system?

  • Call the Central Station at 1-800-633-2677 and ask to be placed on ‘test'. 

  • Arm your system.

  • Trip a door or window, and let your system ring for 30 seconds.
  • Wait 1-2 minutes and call the Central Station back (1-800-633-2677) to confirm the receipt of the signal.
